Hi l found the Sciaticalm using the leg strap which l placed at the side of my knee and after a while it seemed to help with the pain l had going down my left leg the back stap is ok but you can’t sit back when you have it there as the machine digs in your back l have tryed it in my side which also helps with the pain my sciatica varies from left to the right side of my body l am glad l bought the sciaticalm as it does help with my pain.
