Dear team,

I have used the device for some time now as part of an integrated programme which also includes professional massage and physiotherapy,specific exercises drawn up by my gym and heat pads.

Since using the device in this way my physiotherapist has noted a steady improvement with my condition.

I use the large strap to centralise the device over the centre of the lower middle back-I find this very convenient as I can move around with the device in operation. I normally use it for 15 minutes three times a day.
