Hi,
The unit helped a lot when I first began using it but when I was prescribed Gabapentin I wasn’t sure if one counteracted the other so I stopped using the sciaticalm unit.
The thinking was that the Gabapentin calmed the nerve whereas the sciaticalm “jumbled” them up, was I right or was I wrong?
When using the sciaticalm I used the small strap behind the knee which was great for relieving the pain.Joan
