I received my sciaticalm on 14th March. It was a blessing because I was in so much pain even though I was taking heavy pain killers just to move. I used the small strap the most, although I used them both. I started to feel the benefits immediately. I would recommend it to anyone who is suffering with any kind of pain. I slept bad one night and woke up with a pain in my shoulder so I used the sciaticalm on the area and the pain was gone with in a couple of uses.
Fantastic little gadget. Fits in handbag or pocket. Used during break at work to help reduce pain.
