The Sciaticalm unit seems to work well. I had to replace the battery but I knew that would happen at some stage. I tend to use the long strap but I find the buckle twists to easily and makes the Velcro part of the strap difficult to locate. I think a stiffer but still elasticated belt and a more stable buckle would be an improvement.RegardsIan Puttock
