The Sciaticalm device did bring relief and was helpful. The location of the pain ”epicentre” was below waist height but too high for a thigh application, so it was not possible to get a firm application with a strap. I placed the device where it needed to be a held it in place by lying or sitting with a firm pad to keep it in the required locus. This was quite effective and meant I could to this at work with minimum fuss.
