You asked about the pain relief I have been getting from sciaticalm. I think that the sciaticalm gives instant relief when being used. Overall my condition has improved over the past few weeks. However, as I am also attending physio twice weekly, I can’t state what improvement is down to the device, the physio therapy or just healing time. I will continue with both physio and the sciaticalm, in the hope that things continue to improve. I have a long history of back pain and sciatica; this bout is not one of my worst, but nevertheless it is not pleasant and I am keen for things to improve.Thank you for your help.Kind regardsHelenHelen Newman
