I like it and use it.

The only quibble is that the body belt buckle is quite difficult. The velcro end is not big enough or only at the far end and the buckle twists so that it is difficult to adjust snugly and keep in place.

Velcro in several places on the strap so that it is firm along the length, or else somehow make it firm at the buckle point.

Otherwise good. The vibrations soothe
